Each suite features a bedroom with twin beds or European king bed; living room with loveseat, armchairs, and adjustable table; television and VCR; private balcony with outdoor furniture; marble bathroom with showers and full tubs; well-stocked mini-bar; walk-in closet; and butler service.

Balcony Stateroom
Balcony Staterooms feature a private balcony, individual temperature control, one queen-size bed or two twin beds, a marble-appointed bathroom with full-size bathtub and shower, television and VCR, personal safe, and telephone. Additional amenities include cotton bathrobes, hair dryer, refrigerator stocked with soft drinks, and in-stateroom bar set-up upon embarkation.

Oceanview Stateroom
Queen-size bed, window, marble-appointed bath with full-sized tub and shower, cotton robes, hair dryer, closed circuit television and VCR, individual temperature control, refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and mineral water, complimentary bar set-up on embarkation, direct dial phone and 24-hour room service, sitting area, and vanity/desk.

Onboard Activities and Amenities

Guest Lectures
On each voyage, a guest lecturer drawn from the highest ranks of the Diplomatic Service, leading universities or museums presents informal talks or slide shows about the unique places you'll be visiting. Learn about the Incas of Peru on a South America cruise, for example, or a lecture on Renaissance Florence on a voyage around Italy.

Bridge Masters and Computer Classes
Guests who prefer to take a cyber-path to enlightenment will find at least 14 computers in the Club.com, 4 computers in the Internet Caf, and both color and laser printers, all available for a nominal charge. Free computer classes include Introduction to E-mail and Advanced Word Processing and Digital Photography may also be available. Or if bridge is the game of choice, a certified Master Bridge instructor can teach guests the fine art of contract or duplicate bridge in the card room.

Le Cordon Bleu Workshops
Regent Seven Seas Cruises exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Class Culinaire is available on select sailings, a hands-on experience taught by chefs trained in the Le Cordon Bleu method of classic French cooking. There is a charge of $395 per guest for this exclusive course.

Sports Activities, Pools, and Whirlpools
The activity deck is devoted to sports; with golf cages, shuffleboard, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track. One flight down, the teak pool deck is one of the most expansive at sea, includes a large heated pool, two whirlpools, table tennis, and a Pool Bar and Grill.

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center, guests may crunch, lift, row, tread, pedal or run to their hearts' content. A fitness instructor is on had to assist you with a program to fit their needs, whether they are a novice or a veteran. Follow a workout with aerobics, a power walk around the deck, or maybe a few laps in the pool, and be exercised and eager to partake of the offerings of the Spa.

Full Spa and Salon
Regent guests have access to one of the most exclusive land-based spa operations in the world, with its unrivalled approach to spa and beauty, services are tailored uniquely to the needs of each individual.
This upscale spa, whose patented techniques flow from its Parisian heritage, was founded with a single aim: to unveil "the touch of charm inside everyone with made-to-measure solutions". The Carita approach couples pleasure with effectiveness, sophistication with simplicity and research with the expertise of highly trained beauty therapists, hairdressers and nail technicians.

Onboard Entertainment
In the Constellation Theater, an expectant hush gives way to applause as the curtain opens on a spectacular performance. Dazzling Broadway musical revues are presented the state-of-the-art, two-tiered show lounge with its full-size proscenium stage. The dynamic production shows including were created by renowned producer Peter Grey Terhune.

In the mood to gamble? Drop by the elegantly appointed Casino, where croupiers deal the cards and announce the plays with a savior-faire that would make James Bond green with envy. Gaming choices include blackjack, mini-craps, roulette, video poker, and slot machines.

Several intimate bars and lounges offer a choice of nighttime amusements ranging from singing by the piano bar to dancing to the latest DJ selections. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail accompanied by the relaxing sounds of a harp. Settle into a comfortable English club chair in the cigar lounge and light up a hand-rolled cigar. No matter where you dine on board a Regent Seven Seas Cruises ship, the cuisine is always six-star. Guests have the choice of enjoying authentic Italian cuisine in the trattoria, dining in style in the main dining room, or savoring the culinary arts of Le Cordon Bleu of Paris, undoubtedly the most famous cooking school. They make their own pastries, breads and pasta daily and stock their wine cellar to please the most discriminating palate. There's a grill for casual dining by the pool, and open single-seating restaurants where waiters recruited from some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels provide "Above & Beyond" service. Cruising with Family

Club Mariner is a program offered on several Regent ships during the summer months and the holiday seasons. Available on the Seven Seas Mariner, the Seven Seas Navigator, and the Seven Seas Voyager, Club Mariner offers a variety of activities for children from the ages of 6 to 11 and 12 to 17.
Young cruisers are divided into two age groups, and activities are designed for each group. The Club Mariner counselors have many activities, including games, craft projects, movies, and "food fun" to make sure each child has a memorable experience. Teens help the counselor select the activities they prefer to do on their cruise.
